The Secret 6 Classics: League of the Grateful Dead
by Emile C. Tepperman
Klaw, Murdoch and Kerrigan... the FBI's Suicide Squad return in this collection of six classic Suicide adventures from the pages of Ace G-Men Stories from 1939-43:
Mr. Zero and the F.B.I. Suicide Squad: One for all, and all for one—even in death—was the fighting creed of the three wildest, gun-swinging law aces of the F.B.I.!
The Suicide Squad Pays Off: The Black Sheep of the F.B.I. turn a terror-ridden town upside down in a finish-fight with a gang that had decreed death for all G-men!
The Suicide Squad's Murder Lottery: Kerrigan and Klaw came to mourn at the grave of their murdered comrade... and stayed to follow a fighting ghost to war—against the Twentieth Century Nero who held a third of the nation in abject slavery!
The Suicide Squad in Corpse-Town: America's new air arm, the keystone in her vast defense program: cornered on the brink of destruction! ...Only three men—Kerrigan, Murdoch and Klaw—could prevent disaster, and that grim trio of Death's Volunteers was already living on borrowed, bartered time!
The Tunnel Death Built: Who had the power, the resourcefulness, and the organization to steal thousands of priceless weapons from Uncle Sam, and ship them secretly abroad? The mystery was a job for the inimitable Suicide Squad—Kerrigan, Murdoch and Klaw. But they were already waging a private, unofficial battle against Nicodemus Largo—the most invulnerable crime-king of them all!
The Suicide Squad and the Twins of Death!: When Blond Otto The Hangman and his Nazi aides told Murdoch that he would soon join the dead Kerrigan and Klaw, he waited until he did—then added the roar of a dead man's weapon to the blazing guns of his ghostly pals!

January 1, 2011ok, i’m confused. why is this collection under the rubic of “secret 6 classics”, when it appears the stories have nothing to do with the Secret 6, other then you collected 6 stories?

January 1, 2011The Suicide Squad is my favorite Tepperman series. Although I already have all of the stories, it would be nice to see this series collected, reasonably priced, in its entirety. This collection from Altus Press is a nice selection. If you’re not familiar with Klaw, Murdock, and Kerrigan, I highly recommend this volume for your initiation to the Suicide Squad!

January 2, 2011The one issue of High Adventure featuring the Suicide Squad was very good. I will definitely be ordering this new collection soon. This looks to be another winner from Altus Press!

January 10, 2011I have to admit, I’m confused as well. Does this book feature the Secret 6 or the Suicide Squad?

January 14, 2011I looked at the listing for this several times. I believe there is a Secret 6 as the A-Side and the B-Side is 6 Suicide Squad stories.
I badly want this for the Kindle.

January 14, 2011All the stories are Suicide Squad reprints. It’s just under a Secret 6 logo. There are reason for this, but rest assured these are straight Suicide Squad reprints…. complete & uncut.

February 20, 2011Just finished this collection and enjoyed it immensely. Since the 6 stories are only about 50 pages each they read like a runaway train. Highly entertaining and a nice change of pace from masked avengers and kinky villains with hellish machines or diseases bent on conquering America (or in most cases, New York) I think Klaw, Kerrigan and Murdoch are a hoot and hope you guys give us volume 2 soon. Fast paced from start to finish and a pleasant way to spend a couple hours on a rainy weekend!

March 13, 2011This book contains fast-paced, exciting stories! Tepperman really rocks in these tales. I hope there are additional volumes planned of the Suicide Squad.
